Survived by parents, James and Jeanne; siblings, Alison (P.J.) Boeke, Jake (Christy) Affolter, and Terese Affolter; grandmother, Rita Purcell; nieces, Madison, Kylie, Mickenna, Lauren, and Jayde; nephew, Owen; also aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Jude Of The Lake Catholic Church, 700 Mahtomedi Ave., Mahtomedi (651-426-3245). Interment Fairview Cemetery, Stillwater. Visitation at church 1-5 p.m. Sunday and ½ hour prior to Mass on Monday.
In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the American Diabetes Association or the American Kidney Foundation.
