Cecelia E. Adams, 60, of O'Hara Township, Allegheny County, formerly of Sugarcreek Township and Kaylor, Armstrong County, died Friday, Oct. 10, 2008, at VA Medical Center, University Drive, Pittsburgh.

She was born Oct. 26, 1947, Butler, daughter of the late Joseph D. and Rosalie T. (Zavilla) Adams. She was a 1965 graduate of East Brady High School and a graduate of Duffs Business School, Pittsburgh, with a degree in Accounting.

She enjoyed painting, crocheting and crafts and was a member of the American Legion Post No. 106, Sharpsburg. She worked as a bookkeeper for 10 years at Logan Candy Co., Butler, and served in the Navy. She was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Bradys Bend.

She is survived by a brother, David E. Adams and wife, Jean, of Lancaster; two uncles, Samuel Adams, of Sugarcreek Township, and Andrew Adams, of Espyville; three aunts, Anna Stevenson, of Chicora, Nora Eyth, of Butler, and Josephine Stivison, of Butler; and many cousins.
