Mr. Roberts was born in Snellville, Gwinnett Co., GA, the 3rd generation born here and 4th to live here. During the 20's & 30's he worked in Atlanta, moving back to the family farm during the depression. He married Mae Williams (also 4th generation)of Lawrenceville and they had one son Paul Craig Roberts Jr. Their farm was at the present intersection of Sugarloaf Parkway & Grayson Hwy., the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds join the back line of the property.
