Louise Brinks, age 93 of Holland, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, April 11, 2016.
Louise is survived by her brothers, brother-in-law, as well as by many nieces and nephews.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Roger John Brinks, her sisters Betty Prins and Ruth Busscher and her brother LaVerne Dykstra. Also preceding in death are sister-in-laws Henrietta Zeerip and Johannna Woordhuis.
Louise worked for many years in the cafeteria at Holland Community Hospital. She also worked to establish two scholarship funds with the Community Foundation in the Holland/Zeeland area.
Visitation will be Friday, April 15, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. at the Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 East 16th Street, Holland. The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the funeral home. Rev. Leigh Van Kempen will officiate. Memorial contributions may be given to the Christian Reformed Conference Grounds or to Resthaven Care Center.
