Wednesday April 6, 2016 at St.Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, Kentucky.
David was born in Halilton County, Ohio on September 19, 1959 , son of
Norm and Paula Holden and the late Ethel Holden..
In addict to his mother, he is preceded in death by his brothers Norman and Matthew Holdren
He is survived by his father and step- mother,daughter, Jamie, brothers, Ricky, Christian,Holden .
His sisters, Tammy, Donna, Shelly, Carrie and one grandson .
