Booneville - Dave McIntosh, 62, of Beattyville, died Friday at the Veterans Hospital in Louisville after a short illness. He was a farmer and a veteran of World War I and a member of the Church of God.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Flora McIntosh; five sons, Raymond and Willie McIntosh, Beattyville; Arthur McIntosh, Dayton, Ohio; Alex McIntosh, Lexington; A. 3. C. Albert McIntosh, Mt. Home Air Force Base, Idaho; five daughters, Mrs. Mattie Fox, St. Helens; Mrs. Emma Hall, South Carolina; Mrs. Martha Osborne and Mrs. Betty Jean Tuttle, both of Beattyville; Mrs. Verdie Robison, Trenton, Ohio; 36 grandchildren and a great-grandchild; two brothers, Harrison and Ike McIntosh, both of Beattyville; two sisters, Mrs. Kate Norman, St. Helens; Mrs. Belle Couch, Beattyville.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at the residence by the Rev. Forrest Drake. Burial will be in the Day and McIntosh Cemetery in Lee County. The body will be removed from the King Justice Funeral Home here to the residence at 10 a.m. Saturday.
