Johnnie Faye Early of Dothan and formerly of Samson passed away at Flowers Hospital after a brief illness on April 9, 2016.
She was 84. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at the First Baptist Church of Samson.
Burial will follow at Earlytown Church of Christ Cemetery with Pittman Funeral Home of Samson directing. The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Early was born in Geneva on January 1, 1932, to the late John and Vera Powell Hornsby. She was also preceded in death by her brother, John Henry Hornsby.
