Mr. Edward Wagner, age 89 of Crockett passed away October 7, 2015 in Palestine. He was born November 5, 1925 in Cohocton, New York to parents, Hiram Wagner and Mildred Towton Wagner.

Mr. Wagner entered into active service in the United States Navy March 18, 1944 in Bath, New York. He was stationed in Great Lakes, Illinois and served on U.S.S. PC 1221, Miami, Florida in World War II. Mr. Wagner was a member of the Elks Lodge #1547 in Gass, NY, the Eagles in Columbia City, Indiana, Moose Lodge of Williston, N.D. He was a 70 year member of the Masonic Lodge which included Elkhart, Grapeland, Trinity, and Miles City, Maine. Mr. Wagner was also a member of Scottish Rite Murat Shrine in Indianapolis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hiram and Mildred Wagner and wife, Loraine Wagner.

Memorial services for Mr. Edward Wagner will be held Sunday, October 11, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. in the Truly God’s Country Cowboy Church with Bro. Gene Kellum officiating.
