Born Nov. 18, 1903, in Alexander County, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Rebecca Cox.
A member of Temple Baptist Church, she retired as a spinner for Lutz Hosiery Mill.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Fred C. Land; her second husband, Robley Barger; and two sons, J.C. Land and Glenn Land.
Survivors include two daughters-in-law, Florine Land and Retha Land of Hickory.
The funeral will be conducted by the Revs. J.T. Cline and Dan Tilley at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bass-Smith Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Catawba Memorial Park.
