Larry Dean Kneedler, 76, went to be with his Lord, February 15, 2015 in Des Moines. He was born to John and Lela Kneedler, February 16, 1938 in Kellerton, Iowa. Larry lived in California for a short time while serving his country for four years with the United States Air Force, and then moved to Des Moines. Larry has been married to Lois Kneedler for 43 years.

Larry attended Kellerton High School. He was a parts technician for Rissman Auto Parts for many years. He enjoyed working on gas engines whether it was a car or a lawn mower. He loved his family and many friends that were special to him. Larry was an avid fisherman, Chicago Cubs fan, as well as watching golf and NCAA basketball and football on television.

He will be greatly missed by his family and many close and dear friends. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Lois; 2 sisters, 1 brother, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., February 18, 2015 at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St., in Des Moines. Larry will be laid to rest at Maple Row Cemetery at Kellerton, IA. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. prior to service time.
