Rachel was born on May 4, 1921, in Webb, Arizona. She was preceded-in-death by her parents, Joseph Lee Kerby and Mabel 'Jewell' Kerby; her husband of 51 years, Lehman Emil Womack (July 24, 1989), and 4 sisters - Rosezeltha, Irene, Olive & Marjory.
Rachel was baptized on June 8, 2014, by Rev. James Jarrett at Water of Life Lutheran Church in Forney, Texas.
Survivors Include : 2 sons - Willis (& Patricia) Womack, of Forney, Texas, and Wayne (& Viola) Womack, of Blue Springs, Missouri. Grandchildren: Bryan Womack; Alan (& Stephanie) Womack; Susan (& David) Elledge; and Sharon Womack. Also surviving are 8 Great-Grandchildren.
