William W. Blow, 74, of 15 Hayward St., died in a local hospital yesterday after a short illness.

He was the son of William E. and Mary (Provost) Blow of Grand Isle.

Mr. Blow was a member of the Holy Name Society of Christ the King Church.

Besides his wife, Martha Burnham Blow, he leaves three sons, Edgar E. Blow of Winooski, William Blow , Jr., USA in Germany, and Eugene J. Blow, USN : six daughters, Mrs. Mary Fleischhauer of New York City, Mrs. Stella Santor of Northfield, Mrs. Elizabeth Chamberlain of Essex Junction, Mrs. Joisa May Tennien, Mrs. Barbara Bernard, Miss Eva Blow, all of Burlington ; four brothers, Jerry Blow, George of South Hero, Wesson of North Hero ; two sisters, Mrs. Olive Roque of Huntington and Mrs. May Bluto of Grand Isle ; 16 grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Until the hour of the services, the body will be at the Fred'k J. Boucher Funeral Home, 68 Elmwood Ave.
