Donna passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Horizon Medical Center. She was born on August 27, 1941 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Charles and Edith (Church) Tanner. Donna was a job placement specialist and spent many years selling World Book Encyclopedias. Donna also worked as a sales representative for the Sears store in Dickson. Her hobbies were as varied as the clouds in the sky. Jigsaw puzzles were one of her passions, but they couldn't measure up to her love for art. She worked as a legal secretary, and assisting a master artist with cleaning and restoring paintings. She loved all kinds of art. She wasn't afraid to try a new adventure. Donna had a big love for her family and her God.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother, Charles Tanner Jr., she is survived by her husband of 52 years Kenneth Greene, daughters; Stephanie Greene, Stacey (Patrick) Spann, son; Mike (Kristi) Greene, sisters; Barbara Tanner, and Carol Tanner-Gray, four grandchildren and two great grandsons. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
