IN LOVING MEMORIAM,

SEBEC - Barry McSorley, 77, died March 31, 2016, at Eastern Maine Medical Center, Bangor, with family by his side after a long illness.

He was born January 27,1939, in Milo, the son of Sam & Estelle (Decker) McSorley.

Barry joined the Navy when he was 17 years old and was a member of the White House Honor Guard.

He traveled the country for many years working as a carpenter, making many good friends around the country.

He was predeceased by three sisters, Bunny Colter, Donna Paul, and Gail Burlock; and a brother, Charlie. He is survived by a brother, Leroy McSorley and wife, Pat, of Elliotsville Plt.; a daughter, Denise Tucker and husband, Harry; and two grandchildren, Andrew and Avery, all of Westbrook; many nieces and nephews; and a special life-long friend, Greta Wright and her family.

Barry and his family were especially grateful to his good friend and neighbor, Danny Marks, who did a lot for him over the years!

At Barry's request there will be no funeral services. Just remember him by all the good times you had with him!
