"Mrs. Ireta Mae Keithley, 62, died at Hedrick Medical Center Monday evening at 9:30.

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the chapel of the Gordon Home for Funerals with the Rev. Orville Grace officiating. Burial will be in the Mt Zion Cemetery south of Humphreys.

Mrs. Keithley was born Dec. 22, 1914, at Stahl, daughter of John and Betty Roberts Sizemore. She was married to B. Max Keithley on Jan. 6, 1935, at Galt.

She is survived by her husband, B. Max of the home at 330 Park Lane; five daughters, Mrs. Don (Deleara) Deardorff of Avalon, Mrs. Joe (Phyllis) Longbridge of Rolla, Mrs. Walt (Linda) Blattner of Chula, Mrs. Robert (Karen) Reed of Chillicothe and Mrs. Lloyd (Sharon) Drake of Omaha, Neb.; two sons, Larry Keithley of Columbia and Don Keithley of Belton, Texas; 18 grandchildren and a great-grandchild; two brothers, Donald and Fred Sizemore, both of Chillicothe; six sisters, Mrs. Gail (Neva) Head and Mrs. Richard (Betty) Logan of Chillicothe, Mrs. Eva Skinner of Maysville, Mrs. Daisy Wright and Mrs. Ruby Thompson of Kansas City, and Mrs. Rose Alexander of Phoenix, Ariz.
