George has gone to join his beloved wife and father in heaven. George Brunner Twyman passed away on March 30, 2016 in Oklahoma City, OK. George had a way of making everyone feel loved and always helped those in need. He was the patriarch of our family and will be greatly missed. He was born February 22, 1929 in Wynnewood, OK to Ben Brunner Twyman and Etta Ola Brister.
George was preceded in death by his wife, Opal Twyman; son, Mike Twyman; daughter, Terri Colcord; sisters, Essie Mae Hodam, Lois Cottrell, Louise Gee, Juanita Dardis, and Dorothy Hubbard; brothers, Claud Twyman, and John Wright.
He is survived by his brother, Leon Twyman; daughters, Susan White & husband Charles, LaRena Gonzalez and husband Richard, and daughter-in-law Jenie Twyman; niece, Judy Hodam, and numerous other nieces and nephews; grandchildren, Charles White II, Kristina Friedline & husband Brett, William Colcord IV and wife Melissa, Skila White and husband Kyle, Benjamin Twyman and wife Tara, and Adam Colcord; and nine great grand-children.
