SFC Troy Ellis Brantley was a casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army, SFC Brantley served our country until August 22nd 1971,in Khanh Hoa, South Vietnam. He was 45 years old and was married. It was reported that he died from an apparent heart attack. He was born in Ray City, Georgia, on May 3rd, 1926. His body was recovered. SFC Brantley is on panel 03W, line 135 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for several years.

He is the husband of Mrs Louise Brantley. He is the Son of Mr and Mrs Troy Ellis Brantley Sr. Ray City, Georgia

SFC Troy Ellis Brantley served as a Food Service Specialist with the 125th Air Traffic Control Company, 165th Aviation Group, 1st Aviation Brigade, USARV.

He was awarded , The Army Good Conduct Medals, The National Defense Service Medal, The Vietnam Service Medal, The Vietnam Campaign Medal and The Vietnamese Gallantry Cross Unit Citation.
