Karen Stodola, age 72, of Cassville, Missouri, passed away in her home on Sunday, March 27, 2016.
Mrs. Stodola, daughter of Alfred and Ellen (Tuttle) Adams, was born on September 26, 1943, in Webster City, Iowa.
In 1977, she was united in marriage to Theodore “Ron” Stodola in Marshalltown, Iowa.
Mrs. Stodola was full of life and always had a smile on her face. She was a friend to many and will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her husband, Ron Stodola, of Cassville; two daughters, Kathleen Swaim and her husband Greg, of Marshalltown, Iowa, and Kelly Lewis and her husband Mark, of Rogers, Arkansas; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mary Goodman, of Yreka, California
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one son, Marvin Donald Summers on January 25, 1995.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2016, at the White Funeral Home and Crematory with Chaplin Jack Betts officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
A private family burial will be held at St. Vincent DePaul Cemetery in Rogers, Arkansas, on a later date.
Memorial contributions` may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and entrusted to the White Funeral Home and Crematory, P.O. Box 890, Cassville, MO 65625.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory.
