Permelia Frost married to Jacob Simon Houghland on 31 July 1890
Her parents were Joe Stotenheifer & Barbara Barton
Her real name was Amelia Stoneheifer Frost Houghland.
She would not be next to him since he was in the Veterans Area.
My challenge is that my record books only go back to 1905. I have the stones that date back prior to, but face many challenges when I receive questions such as yours from the time period pre when I have the actual books for. I have found the attached article from 1976 that mentions the previous records being lost in a fire.
I am sorry, but I am out of options on my end.
