She is survived by 3 sons: Michael (Joey) Adams, Allen (Reva) Adams and Doug (Theresa) Adams; brother: Philas Smith; sister: Cretia Smith; grandchildren: Kristi, Travis, David, Daniel, Dusty, Veronica, John Michael and Derek; great grandchildren: Dillon, Mason, Terra, Nicole, Shyann, Logan and Raleigh; great great grandchild: Brayson. Funeral services will be 1PM, Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Glenn Noe officiating. Burial will follow at the Philas B. Smith Cemetery at Brinkley, Kentucky.
