SHREVEPORT, LA- Mrs. Alene B. Jones, 95, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2009. Graveside services will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2009, at Laneville Cemetery in Laneville, TX.
Mrs. Jones was a native of Laneville, TX and a resident of Shreveport for 61 years. She was a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church.
Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her husband, D. Farris Jones. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Robertson and husband, Austin G. Robertson, Jr.; her son, Donald F. Jones and wife, Glenda; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. OSBORNFUNERALHOME.NET
