Frank was the son of Dr Ralph Buggbee and Irena Goss.

On March 14, 1863 in Lancaster he married Maria Patience Town, daughter of Burton Gilman Town and Harriet Frances Tifft.

They had a daughter, Harriet Maria.

Age: 44yrs

Cause of Death: Arsenic Poisoning

Note:
Dr Bugbee, his wife Maria, daughter Hattie, servant Hannah Regan, and Maria's parents Burton & Harriet Town were all suspected to have been murdered by arsenic poisoning. Their deaths were listed as diphtheria, blood poisoning, kidney complaint, etc. But they all baffled doctors by their swift and violent deaths. When Burton Town was the sixth to die in a six month period his son, Col Frances Town M.D., sent instructions to have his father's body exhumed and tested. When arsenic was found they exhumed the others too. Reports vary but they did find high levels of arsenic in the last three, Dr Bugbee, Mrs Harriet Town, and Mr Burton Town. After a trial the suspect Nellie Webb, who lived in the Town's home, was not found guilty by the jury for lack of evidence. There are many stories and articles online about this sensational deaths/murders mystery in the town of Lancaster.
