M. Tony Fahlgren, 63, of Burlington, died at Van Buren County Hospital.

Born in London, England, he was the son of Malcolm and Valerie Adams Fahlgren. On January 15, 1966, he married Donna Marion in Burlington.

He was a graduate of Iowa Wesleyan College and was a draftsman by trade. He was a member of First United Church of Christ, Eagles, and Ducks Unlimited. He was active in Burlington High School athletics and was a booster club member and a swimming official for the YMCA. He enjoyed hunting, swimming, and all athletics.

Survivors include his wife; daughters, Selena Tado of Algonquin, Illinois, Audra Drahn of Cedar Rapids, Lucinda Moews of Keosauqua, and Darci Pettit of Flagstaff, Arizona; ten grandchildren; his mother, of West Burlington; and sister, Tina Magel of West Burlington.

His father preceded him in death.

The funeral was held at First United Church of Christ, with Rev. JudyAnn Morse officiating.
