Mrs. Fay was born Feb. 3, 1907, in Snyder, and lived in Corpus Christi for 40 years. She was a member of First Batptist Church of Portland, Texas; the Grandmothers Club of Portland; and Eastern Star of Corpus Christi.
She is survived by two daughters of Friendswood and of Corpus Christi; two brothers, Frank Carreker of Mobile, Ala., and Jim Carreker of Oklahoma City; a sister, Alice Taplin of Alice; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
