April Dawn Bolton, age 31, of Kingston, formerly of Jacksboro, went home to be with Jesus on March 21 after a brief and courageous fight with cancer. She accepted Christ as her personal Savior and was baptized at an early age. She was a loving mother, sister and friend who loved life to the fullest.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John L. and Odessa Bolton.

She is survived by her two beautiful boys, Ryan and Cobey; special friend through it all, Shannon Crawley; brother and sister-in-law, Kelvin Bolton and wife, Tammy; special nephew, Mychal Bolton, all of Jacksboro; brothers, Lee Bolton, LaFollette, Kenneth Bolton, LaFollette, Ernest Bolton, Maynardville, Johnny Bolton, LaFollette, Larry A. Goins, Ga., Garry R. Goins, LaFollette, and Kenny Rex Goins, Jacksboro; sisters, Roxie Wylie, LaFollette, Janice Day, LaFollette, Kathy Wallace, LaFollette, Sandra Davis, Az., Debbie Pierce, LaFollette; special guardian momma Kim and Gary Farner, Lenoir City; several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and a host of friends.

Funeral services were held March 23 in the Cross Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Arnold officiating. Interment was in the Campbell Memorial Gardens.

Cross Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
