Charles "Fred" Dutcher, 63, of Columbus, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2010. He retired from Libert Corporation and Swifyts after many years. He was preceded in death by his wife Bette (Taylor) Dutcher, parents Marvin and Nellie (Barnhart) Dutcher, sisters Sue Mercer and Barbara Hunley. He is survived by three sons, Marvin, Fredie and James "JT" (Lori); daughter, Susie (Rick) Dickerson, all of Columbus; brother, Marvin "Bud" (Vicki) Dutcher of Columbus; sisters, Eldora (Don) Ingles of Pickerington, Virginia (Bemm) Hughes of Ironton, Diana (Terry) Gilkerson of Columbus; eight grandchildren, one great- granddaughter and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday 6-8 p.m. at the MYERS-WOODYARD FUNERAL HOME, 587 Main Street in Groveport, where the funeral service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment Asbury Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to the Myers-Woodyard Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
