" Rites Today For Charles S. Carter" Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 1:30 at Walker Chapel Methodist Church for Charles S. Carter, 57, who died Tuesday at his home in Tipton , In. The service will be in charge of the Rev. Johnnie Anderson and the Rev. Wordney Davis. Burial will be in the Walker Chapel Cemetery. Suriving are two sons, Albert and Melvin Carter of Tipton In. a Daughter, Miss Eva Bee Carter of Kempton, In.; a brother, Bailey Carter of this city, and three sister, Mrs Emily O' Neal, adolphus , Ky. Mrs Fannie Carter, Tipton, In and Mrs Laura Isabell Pardue, Kempton, In.
