Sad Death in Middle Valley
This week we are called upon to chronicle the sad death of Mrs. Anna Hopper, wife of J. M. Hopper, Jr., who died very suddenly at her home in Middle Valley last Friday. She was buried in the Middle Valley cemetery Saturday afternoon. The services were conducted by L. W. Gowan, assisted by B. C. Cook. She leaves a husband and two children, one of them is 14 months old and the other is 4 days old, at the time of her death. Death was attributed to heart failure.
