Mrs. Clarence Hitchcock Bakers Mills - Mrs. Harriet Elizabeth Hitchcock, 87, died at her home here early Wednesday morning after a long illness.
She is survived by her husband, Clarence; three sons, Claude and Benj. Cleveland, North River, and Carl Hitchcock, Bakers Mills; four daughters, Mrs. William Hitchcock Sr., Bakers Mills, Mrs. Augustus Lavery, Glens Falls; Mrs. Philip Kidson, Miami Fla., and Mrs. James Grey, Pottersville; 26 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
The remains are at her late home.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2 PM in the Wesleyan Methodist Church, by the pastor, Rev. Dennis Osgood assisted by the Rev. Fred Shippey of Crittenden, VT.
Interment will be in the Hack Cemetery, Johnsburg.
