LoRene Spahn, 57, whose husband, Warren, gained wide fame in professional baseball, died Sunday. Her death followed a stroke she suffered recently. Her husband was on a business trip to Japan at the time she died. Her home was on Hartshorne Route 2. The Spahns have a cattle ranch in the Arch community, west of Hartshorne. Funeral arrangements are pending. They will be announced by the Mills Funeral Home.
