She fought a courageous battle with bladder cancer for 8 years.
She is survived by her husband Jim Blanchard of Surfside Beach, SC
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Bruce Burns.
Funeral Mass: St. John the Evangelist Church 178 Humphrey St., Swampscott.
Burial in Central Cemetery, Beverly.
