Eileen Banks was born May 11, 1938 in Jackson County and departed this life Saturday, March 12, 2016 at the Hospice of Hamilton in Hamilton, OH, being 78 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Leonard & Lillie (Cornelius) Smith.
Eileen is survived by two brothers, Eldon Darrell Smith of London and Charles Smith of Hamilton, OH and by three sisters, Ada Pauline Baker of London, Patricia Jackie Gabbard of Annville and Sharon Hibbard of London. Eileen was blessed with a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Eileen was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Banks.
Funeral service 1:30PM Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Shane Gabbard and Bro. Garland Gabbard officiating. Burial followed in the Banks Cemetery. Lakes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
