He was born Sept. 27, 1959 to Walter Carl Frank and Eda Lora Ising Frank in Goldthwaite.
He was a real estate broker, rancher and a Methodist.
Survivors include his children, Katherine Lynn Frank of Temple, Lauren Lucky of Austin, Alexa Frank of Marlin and Emerson Pierce Frank of Marlin; and sister, Hilda Foley and husband Roger of Star.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
