Johnny Michael Boles, age 57, passed away at home, Saturday, March 12, 2016.

He was preceded in death by parents, John M. Boles and Dorothy A. Free; brother, Dennis W. Boles; and sister, Angela M. Walker. Survivors include daughters, Mary Ann Long and husband Brian, and Misty D. Boles; brothers, Kenneth E. Boles and Charleston H. Boles; sisters, Faye Ellis, Ann Boles Moyers and Janice R. Collins; grandchildren, Jennifer, Johnny, Brianna, Micheal.

Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel, with Rev. David Cash, Rev. Ronnie Ellis and Rev. Donnie Scarbrough officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:15 a.m., Wednesday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City and proceed to Cedar Grove Cemetery for interment at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City.
