We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2021, at the age of 93, Alice Stevens of Jonesboro, Arkansas, born in Delaplaine, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Cecil and Anna Andis (Pigue) of Georgia; and her husband Leon P. Stevens. She is survived by : her children, Daniel M. Stevens, Randy L. Stevens (Doris), Vendis L. Stevens (Carol) and Brenda K. Reddick; her grandchildren, Rodney White, Chris Wilson, Stephanie Martin, Jesse Stevens, Angie York and Zachary Stevens; her great grandchildren, Abi Wilson, Drew Stevens, James Martin, Baron Stover, Lexee York, Landon Stevens and Ryker Stevens; and her brothers, Donald Andis, Gary Rawls and Danny Rawls.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 30th 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home (1900 W Washington Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 30th 2021 at 12:00 PM. We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines and limiting indoor funeral and visitation attendance while observing social distancing guidelines.

JONESBORO -- Leon P. Stevens, 83, of Jonesboro died Friday, June 9, at St. Bernard's Medical Center.
Born at Cash, the son of Dr. James Henry and Ethel Mae (Powell) Stevens, he lived in Harbor City, Calif., for 20 years and moved to Jonesboro 22 years ago.
Mr. Stevens was a member of Stone Street Church of Christ and a member of the VFW of Paragould. He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in the South Pacific. Mr. Stevens was also a retired math teacher at Peary Junior High in Gardena, Calif.
Survivors include his wife, Alice M. Stevens of the home; three sons, Randy Stevens of Jonesboro, Vendis Stevens of Fort Smith and Dan Stevens of Las Vegas, Nev.; a daughter, Brenda Reddick of Paragould; a brother, Leslie Stevens of Torrance, Calif; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home Chapel with Dennis Tucker officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Jesse Stevens, Zachary Stevens, Jimmy Martin, Bryan Stover, Vendis Stevens and Chris Wilson.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home
