Mrs. Ella Coe, 85, 414 Liberty, died Sunday morning at a Topeka hospital.
She was born Oct. 4, 1888, in Riley County. She spent most of her life in Topeka.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Coe, in September 1945, and a daughter Beulah Coe, and a son, Jim Coe.
Survivors include two sons, Clarence "Doc" Coe, at home, and Dan Darrell Coe, New Strawn; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Schultz, 227 Wilson, and Mrs. Margaret Zart, 1028 Watson; five grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Penwell-Gable Funeral Home. Burial will be in Topeka Cemetery.
