W. Borror, age 70 of Sunbury, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at St. Ann's Hospital, Westerville.
One of 12 children, he was born on July 28, 1934 in Lewis Center to the late Ralph and Marie (Hoover) Borror. He moved to Sunbury in 1943. The 1952 Class President of Big Walnut High School, he served in the US Air Force from 1955 to 1959. He retired from the Engineering Division of the U.S. Postal Service, Main office in 1989.
Will was the past President of the Big Walnut Athletic Boosters, member of the Worthington Moose Lodge #1427, FOE Sunbury Aerie #3614, Charter member of Worthington Golden Moose,. He served as Sec/Tres for Sunbury Seniors Monday Golf League and GMC Men's Golf League. Through the years he belonged to many bowling and golf leagues. He also enjoyed computers, gardening, the Buckeyes, and taught his children to appreciate his love of sports.
Survived by his wife of 35 years Pat (Levering), Sons: Tom (Tina) of Powell, Michael (Kim) of Delaware, Daughters: Sandy (Bill) Adams of Mt. Gilead, Robin (Donnie) Little of Sunbury and Nori (Toby) Edgell of Marengo, 9 Grandchildren: Susan, Thomas (Jennifer) and Casey Adams, Samantha and Dylan Borror, Megan Little, Tony (Kim) Arata, James Borror, Dalton Edgell, 3 Great-grandchildren, Jordon and Brooke Arata, Amber Adams, Brother: Curtis (Doris) Borror of Marysville, Brothers-in-law: Bill (Kay) Levering of Dublin and Dave (Jan) Levering of St. Pete Beach, Fl, Sister-in-law: Marilyn (Larry) Witherup of Pickerington, many nieces and nephews.
Also preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters.
