He is survived by his son, Michael Lara of Socorro; father, Bobby Lara of Socorro; mother, Geneva Sanchez and husband, Richard of Rio Rancho, NM; sisters: Billie Jo Padilla and husband, Carl of Roswell; and Bobbie Jo Valdez and husband, Enrique of Belen, NM; grandparents: Marcos and Lou Gonzales; and Eva Torres, all of Socorro; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
