Robert "Bob (two Bs and one O)" Bixenmann, 67 of Belfair, passed away on November 18, 2012 at Harrison Hospital surrounded by his loving family and his wife of 39 years. Bob was born in California on February 14, 1945 to Patricia and Robert Bixenmann. He graduated from North Mason High School in 1963.

After retiring from 36 years of working at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in the chemistry lab, Bob spent the next few years driving school bus, cement trucks, and shooting the breeze at Belfair Saw Shop. He loved to spend his time hunting, fishing, camping and relaxing with friends and family. He and his wife Becky were members of the Victor Community Club.

He was preceded in death by his parents Patricia and Robert Bixenmann and is survived by his wife Becky of Belfair, his sons John and Tony Bixenmann and daughter Julie (Stacy) McKean all of Belfair; grandchildren Allie and Riley McKean of Belfair; sisters Patricia Bixenmann of Olympia and Christine (Don) Morton of Spokane; brother Tom(Cindy) Bixenmann of Kansas; and nine nieces and nephews.

Memorial services planned for December 8th at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Belfair at 10:00am.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors and nurses of Harrison Hospital and the Hematology Department. God Bless you for your kindness and compassion.
