Robert L. Wincapaw, 92, of Beloit died on March 7, 2016 from his home with his girls by his side. Robert was born in Janesville on July 14, 1923, the son of Roy and Johanna (Redenius) Wincapaw. He graduated from South Beloit High School in 1941. He served in the U. S. Army from 1943 to 1946. Robert married Hazel Madsen on September 20, 1947.
