Services for Barbara Andrews will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7, 2016 at Hilliard Funeral Home with Pastor Kenneth Jones officiating. Visitation will be held an hour before the service and a graveside will follow at Old Bethel Cemetery, near Canton. She will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband of 40 years, Joe Edwards Andrews.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Grace Community Church in Arlington with Pastor Gary Hutchison officiating.
Barbara Ann Dennis Andrews was born to Marvin and Essie Mae Dennis on December 12, 1934 in Portsmouth, Virginia. She passed away at the age of 81 on March 5, 2016, surrounded by loved ones at Community Hospice of Fort Worth. She was a member of Grace Community Church in Arlington.
She is survived by one sister Charlotte Foxwell; her children: Grace and John Zurfluh of Boca Raton FL, Jodie and Michael Jusko of Arlington TX, Duane Andrews of Arlington TX, Audrey and Richard Michaels of Rockwall, TX, and Matthew Dean Andrews of Arlington, TX; as well as many other and close family members. She had 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Her immediate family is joined by many devoted church family and friends who will remember her with joy as she served her Savior faithfully and others unconditionally.
Pallbearers will be Rick Michaels, Stephen McKenzie, Luke Andrews, Casey Brock, Jason Brock, and Dan Brock.
