Percy married his wife, Julie White, in October 1986, immigrated to the United States and became a U.S. citizen. He lived in Everett for the past 20 years and managed Professional Copy & Print on The Ave in Seattle, Washington, for 14 years. He retired for health reasons.
Percy expired on August 26, 2006, at Providence Everett, Colby Campus. He went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Julie; sons, William and Marty; mother; and eight siblings and their families.
A Memorial Service for all who knew and loved Percy, will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, September 2, 2006, at Valley View Baptist Church, 9717 31st Avenue S.E., Everett, 425-337 8868.
