Normagene "Jean" Roach, 89, of North Little Rock, passed away on March 1, 2016. She was born on May 22, 1926 in Dora, Missouri to the late Charles Edward and Verlie Agnes Pendergrass Freeman. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Neil Roach, Sr., her brother Wayne Freeman, and her sister Ethelene Cobb.
Jean was a member of the Second Baptist Church of Jacksonville, and she was a retired bookkeeper for the Little Rock Air Force Base Exchange.
