He leaves his parents, Hammer and Georgene Pennington; three brothers, Harry, Bertram and Theodore; a sister, Mary Williams. He was a member of Co. M, 100th Infantry, and the Men's Club of St. Stephen's Church. The funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:30 am from the home, 75-16 64th St, Glendale, to St Stephens Church, Patchen and Jefferson Ave., where the Rev H C Morrell will conduct services. Burial in Evergreens Cemetery will be directed by Charles Morton.
