Marion Chronicle, Monday, November 6, 1950, Pg. 12

Warren, Ind., Nov. 6 - Funeral services for Mrs. Maggie Hart, who would have been eighty-six Nov. 17, will be held at the Congregational Christian Church in Warren. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

She died Sunday at the home of her son, Guy Hart, northwest of Warren, after suffering a cerebral hemorrhage.

Born in Harrison County, the daughter of Joseph and Margaret Keller, Mrs. Hart had resided in Warren for many years. She went to her son's home two years ago. Her husband, Mr. James M. Hart, died in 1939.

She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge and of the church where the rites will be conducted. Survivors include the son, three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and two brothers: Eli Keller, Warren; and Henry Keller, Roanoke.

[Note: The obituary said she was born in Harrison County. However, in 1860 the family resided in Harrison Township, Wayne County. It seems unlikely they would have moved clear to the southern border of the state and then all the way back up to Huntington Co.]
