Son of the late Lucy Sarvis and Henry E Grant, Sr. Mr. Grant was a member of Methodist faith. He was a surveyor with the Soil Conservation Dept of Agriculture for 33 years.
He was predeceased by his wife, Annie Laurie Prevatte Grant and a sister, Hannah Kate Grant.
