Rachel Johnson, 92, of Lebanon, died Saturday, Feb. 10, 2001, at Christian Health Care Lebanon North.
She was born Dec. 31, 1908, at Morgan, to Jim Bohannon and Amma Clark Johnson. On Sept. 19, 1925, she married Richard B. Johnson, who preceded her in death. She also was preceded in death by her parents; and three sons, Richard, Carl, and Ivan David.
Mrs. Johnson was a housewife and a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by six children, Don Johnson and his wife, Barbara of Lebanon; Vernon Johnson of Lebanon; Morris Johnson and his wife, Lois of Lebanon; Everett Johnson and his wife, Jane of Lebanon; Charles Johnson and his wife, Betty of Lebanon; Anna Lou Jones and her husband, John of the state of Arkansas; two brothers, Ben and Woodrow Bohannon of Lebanon; 25 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Rachel Johnson will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2001, at Colonial Funeral Chapel with Elvis Denny officiating. Burial will be in the Lebanon Cemetery, under the direction of Colonial Funeral Chapel of Lebanon.
