Audrey Elizabeth Bonacci, 95, of Sykesville, died Friday, February 26, 2016 at her home. Born December 23, 1920 in Pimlico, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Hackett and Mary Elizabeth Veasel Fox. She was the wife of the late Nicholas E. Bonacci who died July 12, 2009. They had been married for 47 years. She had retired from The Social Security Administration after 20 years of service as an analyst. She enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Sykesville. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law Sue and Hank Ziegler, sons and daughters-in-law Nick and Elvina Bonacci, Sampson and Connie Selby and Harry and Diane Selby. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by daughter Sandy Lee Leaf. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 11:00 AM, at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg, MD with her Pastor, Rev. Terri Rae Chattin, officiating. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, sympathies may be expressed in the form of contributions to St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 7538 Main Street, Sykesville, MD 21784 or to the Sykesville Freedom District Fire Department, 6680 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, MD 21784.
