Mr. Cramer was born Juse 25, 1905, in rural Columbia City, a son of Aaron and Ella Cullers Cramer. Mr. Cramer attended Thorncreek Schools as a child.
Mr. Cramer has spent his entire lifetime in Whitley County living on North Oak Street since 1969, until he entered the nursing home in May of this year.
On Feb. 9, 1924, Mr. Cramer married Vivian P. Herr in Columbia City, Indiana. He drove truck and Caterpillar and Holmes Lumber Company.
He was a member of the Columbia City Eagles #1906 and a lifetime member and past member of the Columbia City Moose.
Survivors include three sons, Larry R. Cramer and Joe R. Cramer of Columbia City and Jarck R. Cramer on Snohomish, Washington; two daughters, Patsy Cramer and Jean Creech of Columbia City. There are also 18 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Vivian; three brothers, James W. Cramer, Harry A. Cramer and 14-day old Lee Cramer; a sister, Mrs. George (Flossie) Smith and one grandson.
