Mr. Winham, a native and lifelong resident of Plain Dealing, died Friday, February 26, 1988 in Shreveport, LA. He was the retired owner of Winham Dry Goods Store in Plain Dealing and taught the Men's Bible Class at Plain Dealing Baptist Church.
He was survived by his wife, Freda Anderson Winham of Plain Dealing; four sons, George Keith Winham and wife, Pat, of Bossier City, LA, Charles Henderson Winham and wife, Julia Ann, of Kennesaw, GA, James Rufus Winham and wife Brenda of Burkburnett, TX, Stephen Ray Winham of Baton Rouge, LA; a sister, Velma Grisham of Livingston, TX; five grandsons; five granddaughters; two great-grandsons.
